The Best Power Smoothie Which Does Not Trigger Any Insulin Reaction.
The power to decide is in the knowledge that you are independently making a decision, and not relying on another person to make it for you.

Every insulin Spike Promotes Cancer Growth?
Did you know that every time you feel hungry, your energy drops or when your concentration fades your body has an insulin spike? It's exactly the same when you eat sugar or fruit in any form, your body has an insulin reaction. Which means no matter what kind of treatment you do, it's sabotaged by these spikes.
So if you can't go hungry and you can't eat anything with sugar ...... WHAT THEN?????
Well one thing is clear. You can't have a little snack like our 3 uneducated Sheeple below.
There are 2 ways to prepare a NO INSULIN SPIKE MEAL,
- You have plenty of healthy Juices in between meals, like in the Gerson protocol. You have every 2 - 3 hours a fresh organic juice made out of mountains of vegetables plus your main 3 meals. This way you avoid these spikes. or
- You eat a meal which is rich in healthy fats, proteins, antioxidants, vitamins, and all other essential nutrients to give you plenty of energy that lasts at least 3 to 4 hours.
In todays video David Getoff, shares with you a SMOOTHIE which he recommends to his patients as a solid breakfast, or as a power source in between. And besides being very filling and healthy it tastes fantastic.

No Insulin Response Power Smoothie
When somebody’s in my office for three and a half hours, unless they ate just before they came in, unless they ate the way most people eat which is too much starches and sugars, they’ll still be hungry. If they ate proteins and fats, they’ll be fine for 4 hours. If somebody is obviously having issues with their blood sugar, I would say “Okay, blood sugar is going down, let’s go get something.” So I would say, “Hold on a couple minutes, I’m going to go make us a Smoothie. Is there anything you are allergic to?”, because that I have to know. “No, nothing I’m allergic to.” So I go in the kitchen, I make a Smoothie. Bring it in, two glasses, one for me; one for them. They are drinking the Smoothie and they say, “This is delicious. Color is blueberries?” Because you can see the color is blueberries. “What else is in it?” they say. “I’ll tell you when you’re done.” I reply. Then they say, “Well, but obviously, since you made it and you’re drinking it, it’s all healthy.” I tell them, “That’s right.” So, we are talking about different things and they’re drinking their Smoothie. They finish their Smoothie, usually I’ll make 12 to 14 ounces for each of us, and instantly they are wide awake again. “Now, what was in your Smoothie?” they ask.
It varies a little bit but there are a couple of things that are automatic. Whole, raw, non-pasteurized, non-homologized, grass fed milk. I used to always put in two eggs per person, so I put in four eggs. So that’s two raw eggs. And they look at me and say, “You mean I ate a raw egg?” I say, “No, you ate two raw eggs.” “But you said two.” they reply. “No, that’s two per person, I put in four.” They say, “I never would have known it was there.” “Exactly, I do that so you can’t tell me you won’t like the flavor or the texture, because you wouldn’t know it was there.” I continue, “Two tablespoons of Cod Liver Oil. One for you and one for me.”There was Cod Liver Oil in there!? I didn’t taste any Cod Live Oil.”, they say. “That’s right.” They ask “Okay, What else?” I tell them, “A whole bunch of frozen, organic blueberries to make it thick.” And some people will say, “Well, if you put that much in, it’s very cold and we shouldn’t eat things that are cold.” You can’t rip every single thing somebody wants away from them if you want them to be healthy. A thick shake is not room temperature, sorry. So we have to make it taste good, so yes, I leave it cold. If I taste it and the blueberries weren’t quite sweet enough, I put in a tablespoon or so of yakon syrup or a little bit of stevia. Those are the basis of a Smoothie that will go in all the time. Then there’s a product called Genesis Rice Bran, from Life Star, I’ll put in a couple of tablespoons of that special low temperature rice bran in. Sometimes, if I want to make it chocolate flavored, I’ll put in two or three tablespoons of an unsweetened, organic cocoa powder. I might put in some coconut oil. If somebody has a lab test that I got and they’re very deficient in monounsaturated, which are in olive oil, I might add some olive oil. I might put in some walnut oil because that has a good relationship between Omega 3’s, 6’s and 9’s.
The only problem is, that there are only one or two companies that make walnut oil correctly, so I’ll buy it from Flora, Omega or Rapunzel in Germany. Flora or Omega in U.S. or Canada. Again, I’m changing the flavor sometimes, because I want to make it a little bit different, I might pick organic nut butter. Almond butter, sesame butter, walnut butter. Now that, you have to put in while it’s mixing. Because if you put it in when it’s not mixing, it will go down and stick to the bottom and when you’re finished and you pour it all out, it’s still there. So you have to put that in while it’s mixing.
I put in all different things, so I can make it taste delicious. It’s high protein, all good, all raw. High fat, all good, all raw. I use a whole bunch of different anti-oxidant nutrients. And it’s delicious! People will taste that and say, “Could I have this for breakfast every day?” and I say, “Not only could you, I would like you to have it for breakfast every day.”
And if they are medium size eggs, put in three or four. If they are extra large or jumbo, then two might be enough. If two or three hours after you finish that, you’re hungry, there wasn’t enough protein in it, add another egg. Because if you eat a meal that has enough of all of the fats and proteins, and not all of the starches and sugars, you should be able to hold your blood sugar level for three and a half to five hours. If you can’t get three and a half hours, we’ve got an insulin response. You want to keep your cancer? You want the insulin response. You want to keep your diabetes? You want the insulin response. You want to get rid of those things? You want as few insulin responses a day as possible. Therefore, we want two or three meals a day, we don’t want you ever to be hungry. As you start to get hungry, it’s time for a meal. But if you get hungry five times a day, food is not holding you well enough. Too many insulin responses, too many blood sugar dips, we’re not addressing the cancer correctly.
