Here i have collected some of the most interesting articles about our health and the triggers that are responsible for disease's.
Just have a look and take time to do some research before you will draw any conclusions. I'm not claiming that these ideas are 100% fool proof in a sense that it works on everyone as they expect all the time, but these ideas give sort of guide lines to develop your own "system" that works for you.
I would put all these articles in one word: metabolism. We are what we eat and most depends of our diet. Forget germs, bacterias, viruses and so on. These factors have bad influence on our body only when we disrupt the balance in our body by not providing all necessary components that are necessary for keeping up healthy immune system.
We definitely lack love toward ourselves. We keep believe that someone else knows better that is good for us. We spend ages to deal with all sort of bullshit but we give ourselves only 5 minutes to get trough the meal.
Quicker is definitely not the right approach when we talk about eating. Take time to enjoy every bite of food. Good start would be chowing 30 times before swallowing. This would give a time for your next move, starting listening your body. Our body is incredibly intelligent mechanism. It talks to us all the time. Just trust it.
Body knows exactly what is good for it. Good start would be the Muscle Test. This is one incredible test that will show you exactly what is "approved" by your body. Once you will learn the Muscle Test you will start to trust your body. Just one step at the time.
You can't do that alone. You will need someone to help you. So its always a good idea to go shopping with your spouse or partner. But you can always ask someone to help you in case you are alone doing the shopping.
Here how it goes:
So in the supermarket while you are wondering between the shelves and eating with your eyes all the beautiful packages, just pick up any of desired products with your main hand (hand that you use for writing and stuff) and place it on your chest like on the drawing.
The other hand stretch on the side like is showing on the drawing.
Now your partner will need to put one of his/her hand on your shoulder and other hand on the wrist of your stretched hand
Before you do the test you need the calibration of "equipment" to recognize the "right" responses. Do the following:
Your partner will need to ask your name and after you have said your name let her/him push down your stretched hand as showed on the drawing. You need to resist that as much you can.
Then do the same thing but in this time lie your partner about your name. Let your partner fixate the both results by comparing the strength that was needed to get your stretched arm down.
The result where more power was needed to bend your stretched arm down is the "TRUE" or "YES" and the one that went down with less resistance is "FALSE" or "NO"
NOW here how it works:
You take the product in your hand as it was described earlier. Your partner will bend your stretched arm down. Let your partner compare the resistance. The result will be as described above.
In other words if your arm stays stretched then it is definite sign that this is something that your body needs and approves. If the hand bends down without noticed resistance then trow it away and run fast away, this is definitely no go for your body.
The same Muscle Test is actually good to test if other person tells the truth or not, but this is entirely other subject.
So here we go. Learn to trust yourself and enjoy every moment of your life. Especially eating.
